FAQ

"I just placed an order, when will my items be shipped?"

We aim to have orders shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday. 

If your order will need to be delayed for any reason (such as weather conditions) we will notify you via email.

"What countries do you ship to?"

At this time we only ship within Canada.

"I placed an order but want to cancel/make changes!"

If you want to modify or cancel your order, email us ASAP at pudgeshobbysupplies@gmail.com with your name and order number. We can process order modifications/cancellations submitted within 2 hours of the order being placed. After this time frame we cannot cancel or modify your order.

"I want to make a return."

We take returns submitted within 7 days of delivery, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Items must be in original packaging and unopened. Once we receive the items and confirm they are in the same condition they were sent out, we will grant a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not included in this refund. 

Live products and personalized/custom products are not eligible for returns.
