Frogbit is an aquatic plant that floats on the surface of the water!

Excellent for surface cover in aquariums and ponds, their long roots draw toxins out of the water and help maintain water quality! Frogbit is as hardy as it is beautiful and will thrive in aquariums with ample grow lights and nutrients available in the water collumn. 

Frogbit does not like to get it's leaves wet and fare better in aquariums with gentle water flow and effective air ventilation. Too much moisture trapped on the leaves may cause them to rot. This plant takes up nutrients using it's very long roots and liquid fertilizers are recommended!
