Designed with the specific needs of isopods in mind, our substrate is hand prepared and packed with organic matter to ensure the health and happiness of all your soil-dwelling creatures! Our soil mix retains essential moisture and encourages breeding to ensure a healthy and prolific colony.

How to use:

It is recommended to moisten the substrate with dechlorinated water before use. Spread evenly throughout enclosure in a layer that is at least 1" deep. For best results, build a drainage layer with clay balls & mesh or filter foam before laying substrate down.
